About Me
I’m a SF Bay Area native and UC Santa Barbara graduate living nomadically for much of the past decade, now putting roots back down in the Bay Area.
When I’m not teaching or making multimedia content online, you can probably find me relaxing in a float tank, sweating in a sauna, or hiking in the hills. I also teach and practice multiple modalities of movement therapy, including yoga, self-myofascial release, mobility training, and meditation.
